All informational documents published by the central office will be prepared under the supervision of the office of communications services. Publications originating in the schools will be subject to review by the office of communications services.
School and central office personnel are encouraged to consult with the coordinator of communications in regard to problems and practices of public information affecting their schools and offices.
Schools are encouraged to send copies of school-produced newsletters, handbooks and other documents to the office of communications services.
