Members of parent-teacher organizations of the District shall be received by District employees as sincerely interested friends of the schools and as supporters of the educational program of the District.
District employees shall be encouraged to join the parent-teacher organization of their school and to participate actively in its adopted program.
School district mailing facilities may be utilized by parent-teacher organizations with appropriate reimbursement to the District. Prior approval from the office of the Superintendent shall be required.
