- All building administrators are asked to report all maintenance requirements to the supervisor of maintenance.
- The supervisor of maintenance will be responsible for establishing a rotating maintenance schedule which insures that each building will be serviced periodically by the maintenance staff.
- Each building administrator will be responsible for inspecting the condition of his physical plant, evaluating the quality of the custodial staff's work as well as identifying areas requiring maintenance.
- The supervisor of maintenance will conduct periodic inspections of all school buildings, with or without the building administrator, to identify the quality of the custodial staff's work and to identify areas requiring maintenance. He should visit at least one building each day.
