In compliance with Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. § 2000d et seq. and 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2); Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. § 1681); Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq.); the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.); the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. § 1211 et seq.); and Colorado state law, Cherry Creek School District No. 5 does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis race, color, ancestry, creed, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, conditions related to pregnancy or childbirth, disability, or need for special education services in admissions, access to, treatment or employment in educational programs or activities which it operates.
